I lost the original copy of this week's sale. LOL. I had a copy of the Sunday Morning Hoops Classic Review. Enjoy:
Today's we visit the artist that inspired countless suburban teenage boys to wear du rags and ecko brand to Wednesday night prayer service (numb to their parents tears filling sacrament cups).

The Eminem Show was the pinnacle of Eminem's no-fucks-given attitude, and having already hog-tied boomers (then 40-somthings) over a fire to cook in their own self-righteosness, Eminem spares no middle finger for the rest of his enemies, keeping eidetic memory of each and hocking venom at all.

He aims darts at Liz Cheney and Tipper Gore (both former second ladies who pushed for his censorship), Mariah Carey, and, with eviscerating precision, Moby -- all the while threading tracks with a sense of pop and comedic timing. There's artists who are fundamentally excellent (think Nas, Foo Fighters, Lil Wayne, etc), but few can be considered cultural icons.

Eminem achieves that status on the Eminem Show and uses the spotlight to highlight himself t-bagging the world.

It's not perfect though, and comes with its share of skips. Drips and When the Music Stops are the primary offenders here, sucking all the air right out of my basketball. And then there's skits that will always irk me in a morning hoops session regardless of the artist.

There's premium hooping kindling here and the fuck-you attitude will always juice up people like me.
